Submitting the enquiry form is a request to be contacted, not an offer or a booking. No contract for lighting works is formed by using this website. Any contract for a design visit, quote or installation is entered into directly between you and Eastbourne Garden Lighting Co. under its own terms, which you'll receive before you accept a quote.

3. Guide prices

Prices shown on this site are indicative guide figures only and are not an offer. The binding figure for any job is the written, itemised quote issued by Eastbourne Garden Lighting Co. following an on-site design visit. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from issue; the exact terms are set by the Operating Partner in the quote itself.

4. Service delivery, certification and warranties

All obligations relating to the actual lighting works — including on-site design, installation, timelines, electrical certification for 240V works under BS 7671, product warranties, aftercare, and any statutory consumer rights and cancellation rights (including under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) — sit with Eastbourne Garden Lighting Co. under its customer contract with you.

Eastbourne Garden Lighting Co. does not design, quote for, install or certify any lighting works, does not hold deposits or job payments, and is not a party to that contract.

5. Content and intellectual property

The text, layout, branding and imagery on this site are owned by or licensed to Eastbourne Garden Lighting Co.. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republication, scraping, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
